Packing

Packing is the most important thing after manufacturing and inspection of goods. Different types of products require varies packing methods & materials.
Our products are clearly tagged and labeled externally to ensure efficient identification and quality control. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.

Below are the packing materials for several our typical products

Below is the packing method for several our typical products

  1. Small pieces of metal solid: a, b, c, f
  2. Large pieces of metal solid: a, b, d
Some of the products will be vacuum packed, such as sputtering targets, and other small discs, rods. Some of them are packed in oil, such as europium, cerium, calcium which is super very easy to be oxidized. Oxidation reaction is an exothermic reaction, most important thing is to isolate from the air when packing these materials.
  3. Small quantity of powder or particles: a, b, c, f
Nitrogen protection, vacuum packing is involved for some of the powder product.
  4. 25kg+ powder and particles: a, b, e, f (DG required different packing method)
  5. Magnets: a, b, magnetic shielding layer, c, f
